Getting Around - transport links

Coming on holiday to Dinan without bringing your car is certainly an option worth looking at.

The town is compact, with shops and restarants within the historic centre, and there is public transport once you get here.

If you are travelling around France already , it is relatively easy to include Dinan within your route.

Travel links direct to and from the UK are also pretty straightforward - ferry or airplane links arewell established, though there are less services during the winter.

If you do come on foot, it might be an idea to hire a car for a day or two , allowing easier access to the coast and country.

Or , you can hire a bike during the summer season , there is a bike hire company on the port of Dinan operating between April and October.
